 bonjour ami.Oui, il peut supporter le français, peut supporter n'importe quelle langue.Peut prendre en charge win10.Bienvenue pour passer une commande sur notre site.

Software Not work. I Need new Software on CD is Not complet send to Dealer dosenˋt install. Please send me new complet Software

 Please follow the instruction, if you still have problem.  there is a folder named  Tech Support , find the teamviwer, install this software, then tell us the ID and password.

Our tech will help you install the software.

 just two steps. 

1. install VCDS software in the CD or download from the official site. when the installtion, please don't connect the device with the computer.
 
2. install VCDS Loader, use this activate the device, after the activation, you will be able to use this device. when you generate the regist file, need connect the device to the computer, then send us the request licence file.  we will send you back the register licence file,  you click the regist button on the interface of VCDS Loader, choose the register file that we sent you.

 Now everything's ok.

do recommend, after activated, if you want use the VCDS software, you need click VCDS Loader, click Start VCDS.
